Auto Enrolment/Workplace Pension Schemes

The other area of retirement planning we are heavily involved in, is setting up and reviewing current Auto-Enrolment/Workplace Pension Schemes for employers to meet their requirements under the Work Place Pensions legislation. Eastmills Ltd will offer the following services.

A. Researching and advising on the most appropriate provider from a service and cost basis.
B. Advising on the most appropriate default fund(s) for your organisation.
C. One to one meetings with all employees, to explain the pension to them and answer any questions. (we also offer this service if you are happy with your current provider and would like this as an add on service)
D. Registering the scheme with the Pensions Regulator and the continued tri annual updates.
E. Annual Reviews if requested with all members of staff.
F. Ensuring that the Payroll is compatible with the scheme, but not running the payroll itself.

We are also happy to take on existing schemes and assess them. All this is for an agreed fixed fee.

5. Any associated trust work and planning around this
6. As this is commission based there is no fee for this work and we review every year to ensure you are getting what you want and want the best choices are in the marketplace
